Live Poker Pro puts you at a fully dealt table with a live dealer, visible card shuffles and betting rounds that follow standard poker structure — all inside your 499vip account, accessible from any device where your sess
Live Poker Pro sits inside the live casino category on 499vip, separate from slots and crash games. It follows a dealt-hand format where a live dealer runs each round in real time, cards are physically shuffled and deal
Each session of Live Poker Pro follows a defined sequence: ante placement, card deal, decision window, and showdown resolution. The live dealer manages pace, so your decision window is time-limited per round.
Live Poker Pro opens each round with a mandatory ante placement. Optional side bet positions are displayed alongside the main betting area, and the minimum and maximum stake for each position are shown before you confirm. Limits vary and are displayed live in the game window.
Once cards are dealt, a countdown timer appears on screen. You choose to fold, call or raise within that window. The dealer does not proceed until all seated positions have acted or the timer expires, keeping the round structure consistent across all devices.
On a smartphone browser, the dealer camera feed takes up the upper portion of the screen. Bet buttons sit in a fixed bar at the bottom, designed for one-thumb use.
Your Live Poker Pro session is tied to your logged-in account, not a specific device. If you start a round on desktop and need to switch to mobile, logging back in restores your wallet balance. Active rounds should be completed before switching to avoid unsettled hand states.
Live Poker Pro does not publish a single fixed RTP figure the way many slot titles do, because outcomes depend partly on player decisions during each hand rather than a purely random spin result.
Live Poker Pro is a live dealer table game in the casino-poker category. It is distinct from video poker, which runs on a random number generator. Here, a physical deck and a live dealer determine each hand outcome in real time on camera.
Inside the game window, an information icon opens the published payout table and house edge figures for each bet position. These figures are set by the game configuration, not by 499vip. Review them before your first round so you understand the ante-to-call cost structure.
Open your 499vip account in a supported browser — Chrome, Safari or Firefox on mobile or desktop all work. Navigate to the live casino section, locate Live Poker Pro in the table games filter, and the game loads without a plugin or separate install step required.
Full hand-ranking rules and round structure are displayed inside the game window on first load. The dealer also announces key decisions audibly during play. If the rules panel is not visible, tap the menu or info icon in the corner of the game screen to open it.
Questions during a Live Poker Pro session tend to fall into three areas: a round that did not settle as expected, a chip balance that does not reflect a completed hand, or uncertainty about a specific rule displa
Where live chat is shown as available on the 499vip site, it connects you to the support team directly. For Live Poker Pro hand queries, have your account ID and the approximate time of the round ready. The team can cross-reference the session log on their end.
The help form in your account section accepts queries about unsettled rounds, balance discrepancies and game access issues. Attach the table ID and round timestamp when submitting a Live Poker Pro query so the case is routed to the correct team without a back-and-forth delay.
Before raising a query, check the in-game rules panel via the information icon inside Live Poker Pro. Many hand-ranking and payout questions are answered there without needing to contact support. Published rules in the game window are the authoritative reference for that session.
Trust in a live table game starts with access to clear, consistent information before any chips are placed. For Live Poker Pro, we surface the published game rules and payout structure through the in-game panel rather than paraphrasing them in marketing copy.
Live Poker Pro displays its full hand-ranking guide, bet types and payout ratios inside the game window before play begins. We do not rewrite or interpret those figures — they come directly from the game configuration, and the in-game panel is the source you should rely on.
Every completed Live Poker Pro hand is recorded against your account ID. Open the game history section of your wallet to see round timestamps, bet amounts placed and outcomes settled.
Live Poker Pro is categorised under live casino and table games in the 499vip lobby. You will not find it mixed into slots or crash game listings. Filtering by table game type in the live casino section brings it into view alongside other dealt-hand formats.
We do not assign Live Poker Pro to a studio unless the game window itself confirms that attribution. The studios available on 499vip supply game content for the lobby, but game-to-studio mapping is shown only where it is explicitly displayed in the game interface.
These definitions cover the terms that come up most often when you are seated at a Live Poker Pro table for the first time. Understanding them before placing your first ante helps you move through each round without hesitation.
The ante is a mandatory bet placed before any cards are dealt in a Live Poker Pro round. It opens the hand and sets the base pot.
To call means you match the current bet on the table to continue in the hand rather than folding. In Live Poker Pro, calling keeps your cards active and moves the round to the next decision point or showdown, depending on the hand structure in play.
A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main ante, typically based on the strength of your opening hand or specific card combinations. Side bets have their own payout ratios, which are shown in the in-information panel before you place one.
Showdown is the final stage where remaining players and the dealer reveal their cards to determine the winning hand. In Live Poker Pro, the dealer turns cards face-up on camera and the game software resolves the outcome against the published payout table automatically.
The house edge is the statistical advantage the game holds over the player across a long series of hands, expressed as a percentage of total bets.
RTP stands for Return to Player, a percentage showing the theoretical share of bets returned to players over time. For Live Poker Pro, RTP is displayed only where the game interface publishes it, as it varies by bet type and is set by the game configuration itself.
